Synergy Leadership Group is lead by Ralph Heath, a brand and leadership specialist and best selling author of Celebrating Failure: The Power of Taking Risks, Making Mistakes and Thinking Big, published by Career Press.

Time Magazine¬†famously embraced Celebrating Failure and encouraged their readers “to take this smart book off your shelf.”

Ralph specializes in helping brands make emotional connections with their customers through the power of authentic storytelling.

Ralph is a keynote speaker that engages audiences with his real life experiences leading an advertising agency and living a healthy and active lifestyle. Ralph is a member of the National Speakers Association and speaks on “Innovative Leadership” and “Health and Wellness in the Workplace.”

Ralph was founder and president of independent ad agency Ovation Marketing. He earned his B.S. in mass communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Ralph is a four time Triathlon All-American and two-time finisher of the Hawaii Ironman.

Ralph is president of La Crosse Promise, an organization helping to transform the City of La Crosse through education and economic incentives.

Ralph served as president of Mississippi Valley Conservancy for five years, helping MVC permanently protect scenic landscapes, and double membership. MVC was named “Land Trust of the Year” in Wisconsin during his final year as president.

Ralph was a founding member and former president of the sustainable trail building organization Human Powered Trails. He currently serves on the board of the Outdoor Recreation Alliance.

In La Crosse, Ralph has been part of helping establish and brand the La Crosse Fitness Festival, the La Crosse Omnium, the Outdoor Recreation Alliance, and La Crosse Promise.

Nationally, Ralph has participated in helping some of the most iconic brands in America including 3M, The Company Store, Budweiser, Hershey, Betty Crocker, World Book, and many others.

In 2011, Ralph received the “Jim Gokey Model Citizen Award” from Chileda Institute.
